Cacao Mama is an initiative FOR mamas + BY mamas to gather, drink cacao and BE. Cacao is the medicine of the heart, the word cacao is literally translated as “heart blood“… the Mother within us develops herself from her heart.
The Cacao comes to nourish the heart with its vast medicinal and regenerative qualities as we open our heart to life beyond who we’ve always known ourselves to be and become Mother.
Together, we remember who we’ve always been and get ready to hold space or be held in any stage of our journey as we continuously exercise our active surrender (Yin and Yang) through many aspects of the woman we are, the mother we’re unfolding into and the family life we guide.
There is no $ or agenda but a time biweekly we get to safely gather and explore family life. “The tribe” doesn’t just happen, a tribe is cultivated.
Engage, ask questions, share vulnerably and allow ourselves to be inspired in observing other mamas navigate life as powerfully as you are and as soft and gentle as you are.
Motherhood happens on a spectrum, we’re here to remind each other, as women… WE ARE THE SPECTRUM.

Meet the Founder
Maria's vibrant Venezuelan roots, where the rich legacy of cacao traces its origins, merged with her desire to co-create intimate spaces for connection for new families while sharing a meaningful drink packed with health and regenerative perks ignited the spark that led to the inception of Cacao Mama in May 2023.
